Type: Tall Bearded (TB)
Bloom Season: Mid to Late Season
Just a wonderfully formal white apparition. The cleanliness of white, its purity, is so refreshing after seeing a myriad of colors. A welcoming serenity slows everything down. We enjoy leisurely perusing the corrugated edges of the snowy petals. Very broad, slightly upturned falls leave no space between. Saffron and orange beards lend the only color except for the flaxen colored base of the standards. Named for Portlandís funky and whimsical nighttime Rose Festival Parade. A lovely and shapely entry, qualified to lead any parade.
