6.25 inch flowers MRe, Sev, Tetraploid, 25 buds, 2 branches and fertile both ways. Putting it very concise: This is our best blue. How we ever got giant flowers crossing GILDED BY GRACE and BLUEGRASS MUSIC together is hard to fathom. The complex eye pattern would be described as blue-purple (RHS 91A) with radial veining, wire rim of dark red-purple (RHS 80A) in the eye. Petals are the faintest rose-purple (RHS69A) with triple edge. Dark red-purple (RHS80A), then blue-purple (RHS91A) and finally yellow in the throat. An excellent grower, an excellent parent and one of our best after fourteen years of hybridizing. [Sev/Ev] , Tetraploid. Sdlg. N. J1290G.
