Type: Tall Bearded (TB)
Bloom Season: Mid Season
Held aloft on tall stalks, Javalanche, a blending of lavender and brown, is a garden beacon. Standards are a mélange of walnut brown, yellow and white, with burgundy venation. As you see in our photo, wide hafts and fine substance display falls that begin to flare, then slightly curve inward. Their pattern brings to mind white paint spilling on a burgundy beach ball. A sturdy stalk supports admirably shaped, fragrant flowers. Rumors that the fragrance is espresso remain uncorroborated. Its 2-3 branches and double-socketed buds, combined with its commanding presence, anoint it with an air of exuberance.
